Before going through given questions, the movie itself is needed to be described. The Internship is a comedy that has meaning under it. The purpose of the movie is not only to entertain an audience; it makes an audience think questions such as why life-experience is important, why we should support others, and so on.

In the movie, main characters, Billy and Nicky, are uneducated, less skilled and simple salesmen. They lost everything, starting from job to self-confidence. However, the Google Company attracts their attention with high salary and suitable schedule. They do not care how challenging working environment at Google is. They are scheduled to the interview with the Google employees. At the interview, they cannot answer questions neither logical nor professional that the interview takers ask. However, they are invited to the internship, because of their life-experience and thinking outside of the box.

They face many difficulties on the way of obtaining the job, at the internship, as well as get benefit. Nicky finds a girlfriend while Billy learns Google program tools. Moreover, they discover how smart the young interns are, and learn how being competitive looks like. Besides from learning from the young, they teach them with many relevant things like being supportive at collaborative team tasks; open the young’s eyes to look at the world differently, in particular Stuart starts to use less his device; Yo-Yo and Neha learn to be confident; Lyle becomes less shy and meets with his love one.

An interview is successful when a person suits all requirements of an employer. A person should answer all employer’s questions sufficiently, should not be late, should wear formal clothes, and should research before an interview. Even though at the movie, our characters do not follow this advice, they get the job, exeptionally.

“The internship” is a movie about two friends, Nick and Billy, who just lost their jobs as salesmen. They are trying to restart their lives, so they applied for an interview at Google for an internship job.

During the interview, Billy and Nick were dressed adequately, thus giving a good impression. They spoke very fast and loud, besides not answering objectively the questions asked by the interviewers. They did not know what to say, so they just said things to divert the interviewers’ attention to other topics. They also lied about their studies and skills. Their interview was apparently a failure, but they got attention from the right people who believed in their potential and gave them a shot.

After passing the interview stage they needed to do some tests as a team to get the internship job. They got a team that could not deal to each other, so they could not work as a team and win the challenges. During the challenges, they got to know each other and shared their experiences, so they started to collaborate and be committed to the team. Nick and Billy learned some computer skills from the young people in their team like what the app “Instagram” is and what is a “bug” in the computer. They both taught those young people how to enjoy real life and not to waste so much time in digital life.

Most characters really changed during the movie, Billy became more confident, Nick became more motivated to follow his dreams, the young members of Billy and Nick’s team started to enjoy the real life and to worry about other people lives and Dana, Nick’s girlfriend, changed her mind about dating, she stopped focusing so much in her career.

Nick and Billy’s team really got what was the “googliness”, because they cared about each other and tried to win as a team, but they also worried about helping other people to have access to information. They got the job and became interns not just because they got the points and defeated the other teams, but also because they got the point of what is having “googliness.” This achievement was just the tip of the iceberg for them, they can go even further.

Such a marvelous chance even to get an internship at Google!

1. I think Billy went through the 'big changes'. He changed himself totally, he changed a work field and workplace, he changed the friends round, he got new and new interesting friends, he changed his own attitude to life, and at the end he changed his life by not making mistakes anymore and not giving up on what he wanted.
2. It is the most amusing and brave interview that I've ever seen. Why amusing, because the place that they choose was terrific. Kindergarten!?? What?!!! Why brave? Because they did not scare on an interview, nothing stopped them take this interview, even the Kindergarten with its 'adult-kids' requiring money for extra-time use of Internet. Definitely, the interview was successful, as they got an internship despite the fact that they did not answer correctly for none of the questions of interview.
3. I think the main thing that they learned from them is the 'technologies'! New technologies! Computers, gmail, HTML! Remember they are kind of a dinosaurs in Googliness. 4. Young guys learned the principle of being a TEAM, how to work, collaborate successfully in a group. Also,I think they learned that sometimes its better to get along with the customer and try to understand their position and their case instead of boring statistics and facts.

In the film, Billy might be the one who experienced the hugest changes in his life. He used to be a salesman who sold watches with his friend Nick. After they were both fired by their former boss, real changes began to happen in Billy’s life. Because of his unemployment, his house became foreclosure and his girl friend left him even though he was quite committed in the relationship. Fortunately, Google admitted Nick and him as interns. During their internship, Billy changed from an “obsolete” man into a responsible and useful man. At the beginning, he knew almost nothing about the internet and Google. However, by the time he received the job offer from Google, he was already an expert in Google Help. Most importantly, Billy learned about how to be more rigid and concentrated on his work. When he was a salesmen, he was good at winging it— he seldom prepared for something seriously. During the process of coping with diversified challenges in Google’s intern program, he gradually got himself fully involved and tried his best to solve the problems and to learn what he didn’t know. He then realized that success not only requires smartness but also needs carefulness and well preparations. Apparently, he succeeded in the end, due to his intelligence and diligence.

The job interview was quite an odd one. It was successful, however, different from those common job interviews. In fact, both Nick and Billy did poorly in professional questions such as the coding and physics problems. Yet, it was their creativeness and truthfulness that invited the intern opportunity for them. When answering the blender question, they responded in an extremely imaginary way, which confused the two interviewers a lot. After that, Billy stated their dilemma and asked for a shot in their career. This was a touching albeit straightforward way, which contributed to their success in the job interview.

Undoubtedly, Nick and Billy learned much knowledge in computer science from the young interns. They also knew about the importance of mastering real scientific skills rather than being a good talker all the time. The young interns also learned a lot from Billy and Nick. Young interns got to know how to work collaboratively as a team. They also learned that they should not give up easily no matter how hard the situation may be. The young interns, Nick and Billy embraced great changes in their attitudes towards challenges and failures. Thus, they were able to win against other teams eventually.

The Internship is about two middle-aged men who lost their jobs and are looking for new job experiences. To do so, they apply for an internship program at Google, one of the most innovative companies of the world.
The online interview for the internship took place in a library. Billy enrolled them in universities so they could pass as interns, but their attitude had nothing to do with the attitude of an intern. Actually, the interviewers could almost find out as they were making up excuses for everything. One example is when Billy is asked about his C++ programming and then answers he got a C+ in a test and got an extra plus because of his enthusiasm about the grade. However, despite doing the exact opposite of what you should do on a job interview, they manage to get the job because of a convincing speech about how they had lost their job and still had the courage to apply for a totally different area, a decision that only a few people can do.
There’s a character in the movie called Yo-yo, an intelligent and spoiled kid whose mother demands that he should be the best in everything. Yo-yo’s trademark is picking his eyebrows when he makes any mistake. In fact, he ends up without an entire eyebrow. Yo-yo is very strict regarding study and work issues, which mean he wasn’t used to going out. However, the time he spent by the side of Billy and Nick made him loosen up of the rules his mother used to enforce. During the movie, he goes to a night club, gets drunk, and receives lap dances from strippers. But the turning point happens when he refuses to obey an order from his mom while saying goodbye to his friends.
It is true that Billy and Nick were displaced among the young ones, but the movie showed that they could learn from each other. The baby boomers learned about actual technology, its terminology and applications on our daily lives. On the other hand, the millennials learned about interacting with people and how important is teamwork on any kind of job.

1. I want to talk about Dana, an introspective girl who has long been closing herself from the social life and even from her own desire. She is a talented and devoted employee at the esteemed company of Google and she sets high standard for herself. Upon meeting Nick, Dana was cynical and regarded him to be obsolete and did not like to talk much with him. However, as time went by, she tended to open herself out to him, telling him some of her stories and embracing his optimistic way of life. At last, she totally changed her attitude toward Nick and even had a crush upon him. At the same time, I believe that she would open more opportunities for herself and view things and people in her life differently from what she used to.

2. The job interview was odd yet successful. Billy and Nick were in a public library only to access the computer with a camera on it. They didn't even know the most basic knowledge of computer technology, instead, they tended to "wing it" by not answering the actual question as well as faking their education and their majors. BUT anyway, since Billy and Nick didn't have such competence to get an Google internship by a normal interview at the first place, they managed to make the interview successful by representing their strengths (of faith, salesman-talk, etc.)and catching the employers' attention. Even though their interview was odd, the result of it was that they got the internship out of many competitors who might be way more suitable than them.

3. Nick and Billy learned from the young interns about being practical, honest rather than ringing things around for all time. They also learned many terms of Internet as well as how the computer technology works such as how to do HTML, programming and even learned apps like instagram and such.

4. The interns learned from Nick and Billy about how to collaborate as a team, and about never giving up trying. They might also learned that apart from being professional at all those cutting-edge computer technologies, they also need to be good at interpersonal skills like complimenting people and like taking people's position before they could possibly reach a deal.

For most people, to be successful in life basically means that you must have a good job and a solid career. However, this “simple task” is not as easy to reach as it seems: you have to work really hard and leave your comfort zone to succeed. The Internship is a good movie because it is based in real situations that people find themselves in when they get fired from their jobs and are forced to work with something that they’re not familiar with. In fact, that’s exactly what happened with Billy and Nick, two middle-aged salesmen who were fired from their old job due to the effect caused by the efficiency of sales on the internet. So, in order to find a different job, where the employee has both good experiences and conditions to work, Billy marks an interview for an internship opportunity that may or may not lead to a full-time job at Google. Although, this interview was very unusual for them because it was done through a video conference, and both of them don’t have the required knowledge for using a modern computer. So, in order to get the job, both of them pretend to be students enrolled in computer science at the University of Phoenix, and during the whole interview they keep avoiding all the questions they were asked by talking about random things and making questions for the interviewers. This can be classified as a really bad job interview, but at the end of it they succeeded because they talk about something very honest, which is despite the fact that they’re mature men who lost their jobs, they’re willing to give their best for this new experience, because they have nothing left to lose.
When they finally start working, all the interns are divided into groups to work in some kind of tasks, and then both of them realize that computer science is a complex field of study that they definitely don’t know nothing about, so basically what they do is rely on the others intern’s intelligence and knowledge to pass the tasks. As the days were passing by, Billy and Nick developed a special bond with the other interns, so they started learning some basic things about computer and internet, while the rest of the group learnt how to succeed in a team work. In general, everyone contributed to the group development with their backgrounds: Billy and Nick with life experiences, and the kids with computer science knowledge.
One character that changed a lot is Stuart, because he used to be an arrogant person who doesn’t like to listen what the others have to say. He started changing because of Billy’s influence, since Billy demonstrated a good example of how people are supposed to help each other in a group work, how they should respect different opinions and make good things from that. Furthermore, Stuart recognizes that he should enjoy the good and unique moments of life because then, when he gets older, he won’t regret about the things he should’ve done or appreciated while he had the chance.

This movie shows both an inner conflict that middle-aged analog people feel, and an anxiety that young digital-native generation feel. And Google is connecting both generations in the movie.
In the job interview, Billy and Nick could not answer the question logically. However, they strongly showed their eagerness to work at Google using their talking skills earned when they were in the world of sales. They succeeded in showing a difference among other young competitive students. As a result, Google admitted them as an internship because the company put importance on diversities.
I think this movie illustrates 2 important factors for companies to success; diversity and teamwork. In the movie, each intern student has a different characteristic, and they could not cooperate at first because of the difference. However, the middle age guys, Billy and Nick tried to bond them using analog-style way and finally they could cooperate each other and showed their teamwork. Through this experience, Billy and Nick learned from young interns how competent, difficult, and beneficial the world of IT is. At the same time, young interns learned from them that teamwork is still important in IT world.

Billy used to be an unsuccessful salesman who worked with his friend Nick. He was fired by his employer and even his girlfriend broke up with him. However, after then, huge changes happened in his life. After a lucky interview, he started to work in Google as an intern. Through working with people with different background, he became much more responsible and inspiring. He tried to treat his job seriously and learned to know more about Internet in many ways. He not only gathered his fellows together to work as a whole team, but also started to use the knowledge he got to help others. Finally, he succeeded and won the chance to become a member of Google.

The online interview is for Google to recruit new interns. Although Nick and Billy did not show their strong academic background and potential in Internet, they finally passed the interview because of their special behavior and willingness to work for Google. When the interviewers asked professional questions, they failed to give the correct response and confused the interviewers. Therefore, they were very lucky to pass the interview.

Nick and Billy learned a lot of knowledge about Internet from the young interns. Through working with the young interns, they also learned how to use what they know to solve practical issues and the importance not to give up easily. Young interns learned how to work with different kinds of people as a whole team. They also improved their team spirit and communication skills.
