How does Erin's life change during the course of the story?
Erin used to be a very irresponsible woman without any perspective in life. However, after she got a job, she realized that she was able to work and help other people. Actually, she was responsible to save a lot of lives, when she discovered the contamination of chrome 6 caused by PG&E's waste-disposal practices on the water.

The distance among Erin and of her kids increased a lot after she started to work hard. However, Erin was able to make it, because her boyfriend was always there to take care of her kids. At the end, she received a better job and was recognized for all the effort done.

What character traits help her to become successful?
It was certainly her courage. Talk without the fear to be judge was the character that gave her a job and, consequently, changed her life.

Why are Erin and Ed Masrey well-suited for each other?
He was the first person that believed her and was able to realize some qualities that could be used on the the advocacy branch. On the other hand, she was able to makes him a confident person able to take risks.

It was a really good movie.Besides being possible to have fun watching it, the movie also have a message for the audience. Although, you have a lot of problems and your life seems to be impossible. You just need to work hard to achieve your objectives and become a successful person.
