IRON GIANT tells a simple but moving story about the Precious friendship between a boy named Hogarth and an iron giant. Hogarth saves the giant from being killed by an electric shock. then he teaches the giant to talk and feed him so they become close friends. Hogarth doesn't like Kent Mansley because he just keeps bothering him for information of the giant. as to Dean McCoppin, he is a protector and also a friend to Hogarth. the ending of the movie is very touching and i am glad to see that the giant is not actually dead. --BART

Hogarth and giant iron man became friends because Hogarth saved giant's life by turing off the switch of electricity. And giant saw Hogarth turned off the switch. Hogarth met Dean McCoppin in his mother's cafe. They became friends because Dean helped Hogarth to hide giant from Kent. Kent was enemies for Hogarth because he's tried to find giant and kill him for the city's safety. In this film, the main character named Hogarth found giant in the forests and end up being best friends. It's because this boy saved giant's life with his brave acts. However, Kent who is a investigator tried to find giant and destroy him because he thought he is harmful to people. But Kent was wrong and giant was just defending himself when people attacked which means he was harmless. But sadly, Kent couldn't believe what Hogarth said and he launched the missile to the giant. And giant stopping the missile and saved city.

Hogarth likes wild animals. He wanted to raise them. In the movie, Hogarth brought a squirrel to the restaurant that his mother worked. He wanted to raise a squirrel but he made an accident so he couldn’t raise it. After that Hogarth heard a strange sound and he went to a forest. He met an Iron Giant in the forest and he helped it. It makes him to be a friend with Iron Giant. Mansley was the guy who wanted to destroy the Iron Giant. He really wanted to keep security of the United States and also he was scared of an unknown giant. Finally, Iron Giant saved people’s life. He had emotion and he decided to protect people by himself. He wasn’t a gun. He was a friend. –Minju Yoon-

Hogarth is a boy who are very curiosity about the world and has a warm heart. He likes protect the animals. One day, he was alone at home, and find a robot outside. At first time he mets the iron man he was scared, but he saved the iron man. He found out the iron man is a very kind one. They became closer, and Hogarth teached the iron man how to speak and feed him. But unfortunately governments want to destroyed the iron. He and the other guy who named Dean wants to help the iron man. In the end of the story, giant sacrificed himself to protect the town. Everybody is being touched. I was feel sad when I saw this. Luckily, giant has a special skill to fix himself up. He did not died in the end. This story tell us do not judge people with their appearance. It's up to Hogarth to protect him by keeping him at Dean McCoppin's place in the junkyard. I liked this movie because it has deep message.

Hogarth is a friendly kid who likes exploring new adventures and he has special traits that makes him different from other people since he's just a kid. Anyway, the movie was not bad , i liked the ending the most. I also liked Hogarth , the way he acts in scary situations, he's courageous and ambitious. In addition, the movie was reasonable and understandable and it's kinda educational movie also. Because is shows that we should spread peace everywhere and i think it's a good message for the kids.

Hogarth is a friendly kid has a big sence of sympathy to animals ..people .. things.Hogarth became a friend with the iron giant after he turned off the electrical state that was damaging the iron giant.Hogarth has a bed relation with kent mansly thats because he was working in the army and he wanted to get the giant iron and destroy him,but on the other side he has a very good relation with Dean McCoppin thats because he helped him to keep him with him were the giant can get food and he also kept him away from the army

This story is about the friendship between Hogarth and the Giant. Hogarth likes wild animals so much that he thinks they are not pets but his friends. Because of this, he took the squirrel into his mother's restaurant. This caused a panic. At that time, Hogarth met Dean. Dean helped Hogarth and the Giants a lot in the story. It seems that Dean is like a father for Hogarth.After the panic in the restaurant, Hogarth went back home. However, he couldn't watch TV. He found the TV antenna was eaten by somebody! Finally, he found out the IRON giant in the forest. He ate just iron. Though Hogarth was scared the Giant, he saved the Giant. That is why they became close friends. On the other hand, Kent Mansley tried to kill the Giant, their friendship was never broken. At last, Kent Mansley threw a bomb at the sky, but the Giant saved people at the risk of his life. He became a real superman! Everyone thought he died, but he didn't. This story is so heart-warming and we can learn a lot from this.
