2. What do you think of McDonald's place in the world? Is it a positive influence on society?
McDonald's place in the world is increasing every year. Because of this fact, there is a "Big Mac Index" to know the economic situation of worldwide countries. McDonald has a positive effect for people because everybody can eat cheap food easily. However, it also have a negative effect that the taste of persons in the world gets similar every year.

1. Do you think Ray Kroc was ethical in what he did? Could he have done something different?
I think it's nothing to do with "Ethics" because he was doing business and he didn't do any illegal action to "the brothers".
In the world of business, you can do anything to make profit, and for the social development and innovation, it's not appropriate to blame such actions.
