3. Compare Ray Kroc with Mark Zuckerberg. Did both of them "steal" an idea and make it big? Do you think one of them is more justified than the other?

Ray Kroc made McDonald's a franchise, and Mark Zuckerberg created Facebook, a social network.They both stole ideas and made them into big corporations. I think it is Mark Zuckerberg who thinks more rightful of them. Because I think I made a bigger idea through the Mark idea. If neither of them had stolen the idea at the time, the company would not have happened.

I think Ray Kroc who is the founder of MacDonald was not unethical in terms of business process because business world is more harsh than we think.

If he have not tried innovation for the company, the founder of MacDonald we know now would be a different businessman.

He did not steal the idea of brothers, rather improved the burger store!

2. What do you think of McDonald's place in the world? Is it a positive influence on society?

Mc Donald should be rank at 1st place in the fast food industry for whole world. The reason is, Mc Donald is the greatest legacy at the fast food company, which has 700,000 employees in the U.S. alone. Mc Donald was Founded in 1955. The fast food restaurant serves "68 million customers daily, and has a staggering 34,000+ locations worldwide." In addition, McDonald’s branch has been one of the world’s tourist spots. People from all over the world recognize the fast food company name Mc Donald. Despite some particular McDonald’s store being designed to be stand out, the big golden arches M actually brought it more attention.
On the other hand, Mc Donald has positive influence toward the society. The company has economic impacted to different countries by making employment opportunities and investments. McDonald’s also gave out 3.3 million to help toward the donation.

I think there stole an idea and make it big companies. McDonald's and Facebook were made originally by other people. However, if Ray Kroc and Mark Zuckerberg didn't make creative companies and new thinking, it could not be appear these companies. I think it is bossiness. So, if we make creative or new companies, sometimes we can not only act of cooperating with each other but also taking advantage of others thinking.

I think Ray Kroc's behavior toward Mcdonald's brothers was not ethical. McDonald's goal for their business was not to change commercially. They wanted no more than their own place to sell burgers. In this situation, Ray Kroc persuaded them to make more franchise stores, and finally, he found out a way to make McDonald's his own business. This was a selfish thing to do, and many people can blame him that he is nor a 'real' owner of McDonald's. It's true that he actually made McDonald's worldwide, but still he shouldn't be judged as a successful owner of McDonald's.

3. Compare Ray Kroc with Mark Zuckerberg. Did both of them "steal" an idea and make it big? Do you think one of them is more justified than the other?

In my perspective, both of them steal an idea from others and make it big. No one is more justifies than the other, because the consequence is the same. They benefit from other's ideas. However, what Mark did is much more difficult in technology than Ray. Therefore, Mark can say that "Do I use any of your codes?" to that twin brothers.
