not believe that Pi actually survives with the animals. However ,I believe that Pi actually survives first by the cook,his mom and the sailor then by himelf.Richard Parker may repesent his wikless and his brutal side in order to survive,However he believes in several religions himself,so he starts to have internal confict with himself in order to control that wildenss.In the end,when Richard Paker Leaves and heads on into the jungle ,I believe it is because Pi does not need his brual side anymore,so that is why it leaves Pi and disappears forever in his life.
