THINK ABOUT THE PROTAGONIST OF THE MOVIE, LIGHTNING MCQEEN. IN TWO OR THREE SENTENCES, DESCRIBE HIS CHARACTER AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MOVIE. WHO IS HE? WHAT IS HE LIKE? WHAT ARE SOME GOOD THINGS AND SOME BAD THINGS ABOUT HIM?

NOW THINK ABOUT LIGHTNING MCQEEN AT THE END OF THE MOVIE. HAS HE CHANGED? IN TWO OR THREE SENTENCES, DESCRIBE HIS CHARACTER AT THE END OF THE MOVIE. HOW HAS HE CHANGED? WHAT HAS HE LEARNED? HAS HE IMPROVED? HOW? WHY?

FINALLY, THINK OF A SPECIFIC SCENE IN WHICH LIGHTING LEARNS SOMETHING THROUGH ACTION THAT CHANGES HIS CHARACTER. DESCRIBE THAT SCENE IN TWO OR THREE SENTENCES.

SEE YOU ON MONDAY!

The protagonist Lightening McQueen is a rookie race car that have a lot of talent and he is funny, so the people loves him, but he also is selfish, doesn't have humility and wants to work by himself, without any help or advices.
In the end of the movie Lightning MacQueen still is talent and funny, but now he learned how important is the relationships, to have friends, to be a guy who you can trust and work with a team. These things made him improve his race skills, now he have a team that he can trust and work together.
The scene when Lightning MacQueen enters in the Doc's garage and see 3 trophies of the Piston Cup, he learns that he can't underestimate anyone, because who it seems to be an old car,in fact was a legend of racing.

Lightning McQueen is a rookie race car who wants to wind the Piston Cup badly. He is a very bright and animated character, but he chases popularity too much.

His character changes a whole lot at the end of the movie. He learned that being popular and having a great fancy sponsor is not everything. Instead, he learns that getting along with friends and being yourself is what is important.

The scene when Lightning McQueen asks Hudson about his Piston Cups is where Lightning learn his lesson. To him Piston Cup was all he wanted for his whole life; however, Hudson tells him that is nothing more than an empty cup.

Lightning Mcqween is one of the most talented cars in this movie. He likes to show up his talent, his ability, or his skill. He has too much confidence, I think.

However, he changes his character at the end of the movie. At the beginning, he just believes his ability, so he doesn't trust his team. For example, when he did pit in, the team thought he needed to change tire, but he told them he needed only gas. Finally, his tires were broken, he could not win the cup. After that, he went to a small like village, then he learned importance of the team or partners. Then, he changed his mind.

The scene when he saw 3 trophies of the piston cup by Hudson. Also, there was the scene Mcqween learned how to turn a curve from Hud.

Lightning Mcqween is a best rookie racing car in the movie. Also he is the protagonist of this movie. He is so talented, humorous and fancy racing car, so he is loved by people. But it makes him rude, selfish and doesn't want to work with other crew. He want to get all spotlights and work alone.

However, at the end of movie, he is change a lot. He is still charming, funny and talented, but now, he realize importance of relationship. Expreience in small village, he learned many things like importance of relationship, vacancy of fame and victory. Hudson told to Mcqween that Piston cup is an just empty cup, and it changes Mcqween's charcters.

Last scene of movie, Mcqween give up the victory and help the king. Also when rich sponsor come to him and offer to him, become a new face of their company, he reject the offer. End of movie, he have many friends and changed to trustful car.

Lightning McQueen is talented but over confidence, doesn't understand how important the teamwork is.
It also shows he is insecure and trying to hide his solitude by acting bigger than others.
As he accidentally stuck in the small town Radiator Springs, those friends (Mater, Sally, Doc Hudson…etc) he met not only teach him the new lesson (ex. Tractor tipping - driving backwards from Mater, how to make a perfect curve from Doc. Hudson, learned about the value of trust from Sally…etc )but also has changed the insight of his life.
After all, he back to the final race, he still has passion on racing but moreover he realized there are more important things than just win an empty cup.

At the beginning Lightning Macqeen is an overconfident guy, he doesn't know what the humble is. He is the winner of the race. A lot of sponsor of the commercials want to sponsor him. At the end of the movie, his personality has changed a lot. He becomes a humble man, and cares the others feeling. The old champion teaches him how to drive better than before, and he meets his mr. right. I think it makes his characteristic change. He also feels comfortable about the small town's passion.

Lightning McQueen, the main character of the movie, is portrayed as a rookie race car who really wants to win the Piston Cup race. In the beginning, we can see that he is talented and charismatic. Everyone seems to like him. His main flaw, however, is arrogance. Because he is a popular car, he tends to behave in a superior way, as if he was more important than others. And this is actually what is going to influence his fate. The obstacles he has to overcome come from his own selfish acts.

After dealing with some tough situations, Lightning McQueen changes a lot. By the time when he faces the Piston Cups, things start to change. His friend Hudson shows him that the trophies, which were his main achieving goal, are actually mere objects. This way, he recognizes that he has been acting bad and then he learns that there are more valuable "trophies" in life, such as friendship and being modest.

Lightning mcqueen in the begining of the movie is full of him self and thinks he is better than everyone else. At the end of the movie he learns that not everything is all about him
