It was "The Lord of The Rings : The Return Of The King".

2. What was your favorite movie when you were a child?

They are "Harry potter serieses

It is " The dark knight rise"

I like Sci-fi and comedy movies.

My favorite actor is Christian Bale

6. Why did you sign up for this elective and what do you hope it will be like?

Because I like to watch movies and talk about the movies. I hope the class will be fun and interesting.

THANKS FOR GETTING THE TOPIC STARTED. I'M AMAZED THAT THE FIRST MOVIE YOU REMEMBER SEEING IN THE THEATER WAS THE LORD OF THE RINGS. THE LORD OF THE RINGS IS ONE OF THE FIRST BOOKS I REMEMBER ENJOYING, AND IS WASN'T FOR MANY YEARS THAT IT WAS MADE INTO A SURPRISINGLY GOOD MOVIE, SOMETHING I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT IMPOSSIBLE WHEN I WAS YOUR AGE.

I ALSO THINK CHRISTIAN BALE IS AN AMAZING ACTOR. HAVE YOU SEEN THE MOVIE, "THE FIGHTER"? IF YOU HAVEN'T, YOU SHOULD GIVE IT A LOOK. HE GIVES AN INSPIRED PERFORMANCE IN THAT FILM THAT CUTS AGAINST THE TYPES OF CHARACTERS I'VE SEEN HIM PLAY ESLEWHERE.

- I can't really recall it but I remember my first movie in the U.S. was "The wizard of Oz"

IS "MOULIN ROUGE" REALLY THE FIRST FILM YOU REMEMBER SEEING IN THE THEATER?! IT WAS CERTAINLY A MEMORABLE FILM. I REMEMBER TAKING MY MOTHER TO SEE IT WHEN IT WAS RELEASED. I LOVED IT. DID YOU LIKE IT, AS YOU REMEMBER?

OF COURSE "THE SOUND OF MUSIC" IS A CLASSIC. MY FIVE YEAR OLD SON HAS WATCHED IT MANY TIMES ON HIS LITTLE DVD MACHINE.
