I've watched this movie several times, and I really enjoyed it. Every time I watch it I get something new. My major is Computer Science, so the movie is close to me, and it's my dream to work there. I even went to Palo Alto to see the Google campus and its culture in reality. The Internship inspires to do something great even though others say that you cannot do it. Another thing that I understood from the movie is that working together as a team is more important than doing everything alone in a team.

Teacher's note: This is awesome (falsetto voice)! First: One of the worst things to hear from a student is "I've already seen this movie." This author correctly points out that watching a film multiple times is most useful for learning English. The internship in particular is rich in cultural emersion and academic words. For more info on this topic, please visit my Student FAQs at http://www.moviesgrowenglish.com/Student.html.

I really hope this author gets a shot at an internship at GOOGLE. It is clear, that she gets the concept of googling. I wonder how she would do in a Quidditch match? I'd want her on my team. Thanks for posting.

Google has a friendly yet competitive environment. All employees are motivated to work even without strict schedules.

Nick seems to lack confidence and gets disparaged easily. while Billy seems to exploit all the life chances without hesitation or intimidation. Their looks reflect their personalities

I would like to work there to get experience. I would like to compete against the geniuses to get to know myself if I am creative and can survive in that environment or not. I would like also to see if I am self-disciplined if no one observes my actions or not.

The movie is about two sales-men with minimum qualifications get fired from work. They join Google company among teenager to win the job after number of tests. Although at first they faced barriers of technology, they survived with the help of their teammates. They realize later that success can be achieved through motivation, team work, creativity, and confidence.

Teacher's note: The prompt for The Internship asks to answer any or all the questions. I didn't think anyone would tackle all four questions, but this author does, and does a respectable job in just a few carefully-chosen words. Well done, and thanks for posting.

Hi Mike,

Here I am again!

I liked the movie, I didn't expect it'd be so hilarious. Actually I expected it as other stupid movie. But here is the irony, we never know. It is stupid, but in positive way.

I heard just a bit about GOOGLE culture so I can't tell much about it. And of course I can't use movie as a source and be sure that GOOGLE is exactly as in the movie. I know that they do have free food and that slides inside the building and I think it's really beneficial for employees. Good reloading or refreshing tool during hard business days. Other stuff...hmm... it's a fiction, but in a good way.

I like Nick much more. I alike him in life. I mean we should keep up, whatever happens. There are always ups and downs but life is not life without them. We should distinguish between situations and find a way for the best solutions. In the movie Nick kept up all the time. Billy was kind of cheerful until the last scene when he forgot to login for the competition and let the team down, and accordingly that situation made him down. But in general he came back (as it is always happens in all American movies, the same structure, as the structure of TOEFL and essays).

I like the attitude of employers in GOOGLE. I bet they are creative and full of new ideas, that's why GOOGLE is one of the best, wait...it is the best searching tool in the world. GOOGLiness, perhaps it would become a new verb in American lifestyle, indeed.

Another cheering up movie with the predictable ending, but still it's really hilarious, few moments in the movie are really funny, i enjoyed it. Perhaps can earn 7 point from 10 from me personally.

Google is one of the best and perfect places to [work] in, i would work there because Google allowed their employee to do what ever they want[.] they also made a nap area where you can take a nap snugly. Also Google don't [doesn't] care about working time they care about working team, and what you have done and what you will do in the future which is great idea to let people think, feel comfortable, and refine ideas. that's why i would love work in Google.

Teacher's note: Thanks for answering the goodliness question. I think you sum it up pretty well.
