Mac and Kelly Radner (Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne) are a moving-on young couple in suburban American.  When the Delta Psi Beta college fraternity, led by Teddy Sanders, (Zac Efron) moves next door, the Radners try hard to be good neighbors, but one-too-many frat parties causes them to "call the cops."   Delta Psi considers this an act of war, and they will have their revenge.  Get ready for a raunchy comedy that celebrates the good old American feud -- millennium style.
