What do Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Dolph Lundgren, Eric Roberts, Mickey Rourke,  Randy Couture, Terry Crews, Bruce Willis, and Arnold Schwarzenegger have in common?  They all appear in this old-school action story about a group of mercenaries on a suicide mission to bring down an evil South American dictator and save his daughter.  Behind the dictator is the real bad guy, an  American ex-C.I.A. agent who uses the general and his people to sell heroin.  To make things good, the Expendables will need a lot of fists, knives, guns, explosives and a big airplane.   Rated R (105 min.) mike laib 2011.
