Inspired by research of physicist Kip Thorne at Caltech, this epic adventure is set in the near future where Earth is dying and scientists desperately search out a new home for mankind.  Cooper (Matthew McConaughey) is the pilot on a last-chance mission to an unknown galaxy.  He is joined by Brand (Anne Hathaway), daughter of Dr. Brand (Michael Caine), the brains behind the mission.
