Frankie Dunn (Clint Eastwood) runs the Hit Pit, a boxing gym, with ex-boxer Scrap (Morgan Freeman).  In walks Maggie Fitzgerald (Hilary Swank) with a dream as big as her heart, to be a boxing champ, and she wants Frankie to train her.  But he'll have nothing to do with Maggie until he realizes she won't go away.  With nothing left to lose, Frankie takes Maggie all the way, but things turn out different than expected in this winner of four Academy Awards including Best Picture and Best Actress.  Rated PG-13 (132 min.)  mike laib 2010.
