Giselle (Amy Adams) is perfectly happy living in the fairy-tale world of Andalasia until the jealous Queen Narissa (Susan Sarandon) banishes her to New York on the day of her wedding to Prince Edward.  In Manhattan, Giselle is rescued by Robert (Patrick Dempsey), a cynical divorce lawyer, and his young daughter, Morgan.  Giselle soon learns that reality and fantasy can be very different in this charming fish-out-of-water comedy/adventure.  Rated PG (107 min.)  mike laib 2010.
